A WONDERFUL TEAM.
We are a young married couple from Mexico and Germany based in Europe with a passion for creating cinematic wedding films.
We survived a 2 year long distance relationship and after 8 years together we finally got married in March 2023. Our talents and skills have taken us to places we never imagined, like Munich, Los Angeles and New York.
Our passion for storytelling made us start a Youtube channel (Joss and Janik) in 2016 that nowadays has more than 470,000 subscribers from all around the world.
Through the years we have also created an eco-friendly cosmetics company and a textile art brand.
We have been telling our love story for many years and we know there are many wonderful love stories all around the world that deserve to be told. We now want to tell yours! Films by Janik and Joss is our latest endeavour and one very close to our hearts.
JANIK
Janik is a German filmmaker with a unique blend of experience, both in the film industry as well as in the content creation business. With a degree in Filmmaking and Visual Effects, Janik has worked on movies and music videos.
Through his creative eye, attention to detail and gifted skill as a filmmaker, Janik captures the essence of your special day with a unique and beautiful style.
He takes all the brainstorming sessions with our couples and turns them into reality.

JOSS ALM
After Joss got a degree in Sustainable Resource Management she gained experience in cross-cultural communication and business. Her professionalism has brought her to work in highly international settings such as the United Nations.
Her true passion lies in the art of storytelling and she is committed to making sure that the stories of our couples are told in an authentic and creative way.
Joss brings a human touch to our productions, creating a strong connection with our couples.
